: A gastrocolic fistula was demonstrated on barium-enema examination of a patient with recurrent left upper abdominal pain. The underlying cause proved to be perforated diverticulitis of the splenic flexure. This unusual etiology may be considered when the radiologic evidence for gastrocolic fistula and colonic diverticula occur together.
