colon; Dyshidrotic eczema is one of the rare cutaneous adverse effects of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy, usually seen in adults. We herein report the first pediatric case of severe dyshidrotic eczema occurring after intravenous immunoglobulin therapy for Kawasaki syndrome.
