* The major chemical constituents of the active extract of an herb for nasopharyngeal carcinoma are tentatively identified by QTOF-MS.
* Isochlorogenic acid A and bervilin A are found to be the most abundant in the active extract.
* The first report of simultaneous determination of ten compounds for this herb using HPLC-DAD which could be used for quality control.
